Shipping + Returns
Thank you for shopping at Woodham Blooms. We pride ourselves on handpicking beautiful items for your home that are delivered safely and securely. We inspect all of our stock prior to dispatch to ensure there is no damage.
Unfortunately once your parcel leaves us and is within the delivery network there is the possibility of damage occurring. If upon receipt of your items they are damaged please make contact with us within 24 hours, ensuring you enclose pictures of the damaged item. We will endeavor to offer a full refund (including postage) or a replacement item, if in stock.
We are also aware some items might not look the same in real life as they do on our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Please get in touch with us within 24hrs of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Returns shipping costs are only refundable for damaged goods.
